The Model 5100 is a single laser platform engineered by Ametek. The platform is suitable for measuring a single gas analyte. It measures various gas analytes, such as water vapor, methane, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and oxygen.

When the platform measures water vapor, methane is monitored with an increased percent levels using the same laser. It enables handling of sample gases with a maximum dew point of 55?C. The unit is equipped with a sealed reference cell containing a certain amount of analyte gas measured, referencing the wavelength emitted by the verification of instrument calibration. In addition, the Model 5100 ensures high specificity, selectivity, reliability, and speed of response.

The platform has available connectivity for modbus, Ethernet, and analog. It has a web-based interface, and digital signal processing.
